How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent HVAC provider in our network. Not to Currentseeing Heating & Air. We are the link, nothing more. The provider is a local business that does the work and gives you the quote.
We do not list staff names here because the people you meet depend on which provider follows up in the Birmingham area.
What Happens After You Ask
First, you send the estimate form. Say what the system is doing. Say where it is. Say when you are home.
Next, a provider in our network reaches out. They may ask a few questions about the unit, its age and the symptoms. Then you set a time that fits.
Prefer the phone? Request a callback to check provider availability. Hours vary by provider, so a form is often the faster route.
What to Ask a Provider
Keep the list short. Answers first, then reasons.
- Are you licensed and insured for this work in my area?
- What do you think is wrong, and why?
- Can I get the quote in writing before work starts?
- What does the quote include and leave out?
- How long will the job take, and what will it disturb in my home?
- Is there a warranty on parts and labor, and who backs it?
Costs vary by job. Typical U.S. ranges can be wide, so a written quote matters more than any number you read online.
Tell Them What You Noticed
Small details help. A hum that started last week. A vent that blows weakly. Ice on a line. A furnace that clicks but does not start. Early clues often point to a small fix.
You Are in Control
A request does not lock you in. You can compare quotes. You can say no. You can ask for more time. Currentseeing Heating & Air does not pressure you, and no obligation is attached to sending the form.
