How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Currentseeing Heating & Air to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you contacted Currentseeing Heating & Air
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Currentseeing Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@currentseeing.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with HVAC contractors, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help.
