Disclaimer for Currentseeing Heating & Air

Last updated: October 2026

Read this before you use currentseeing.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Only

Currentseeing Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or other equipment. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider. It is not done by Currentseeing Heating & Air.

No Endorsement, No Promises

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement. We do not promise the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

General Information

The content here is general. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and system is different. What fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own case.

About Costs

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Job, location, equipment and labor all change the price. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general. We do not promise any level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply.

Stay Safe

HVAC equipment involves electricity and refrigerant. Many homes also have natural gas or propane. Do not take risks. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home. Then contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How Currentseeing Heating & Air Gets Paid
